How long can I store pumped breast milk?

You can store your milk in the freezer (with a separate door from the refrigerator) for 4 months; in the refrigerator (not the door) for 5 days; and at room temperature (19 – 22 ºC) for 10 hours. These guidelines are intended for a healthy, full term baby. If your baby is hospitalized, ill or preterm ask his health care provider for specific guidelines.
